Exotic and authentic Thai Cuisine

Every mid April is Thailand’s water splashing Festival. I like to visit Thailand at this time. Delicious Thai food is so delicious that I can really get addicted to it!

Back home, I have been thinking about it for a long time, until recently I came across this Thai restaurant by chance. The taste is the same as that in Thailand at that time. I heard that the chef was invited by the boss in Thailand. The store environment is very good, just near the river, and the night scene is very beautiful. It is also a kind of enjoyment to watch the night scene while eating delicious food.

In the streets and alleys of Thailand, there are stalls selling mango rice, which is sweet and delicious. When eating glutinous rice, you can pour Thai coconut milk on it. It’s not enough to eat with this sweet mango meat.

Fried rice with pineapple, which includes green beans, carrots, corn, cashew nuts, pineapple meat, ham diced meat, and meat floss on the top. It’s similar to Yangzhou fried rice, but it’s good with pineapple meat, sour and sweet appetizers!

Curry crab this is one of my favorite dishes in Thailand. The fresh crab meat has a little sweetness, with a strong curry sauce. It’s delicious enough for people to lick their fingers, eat the crab, and scoop out the curry sauce for bibimbap. The delicate sauce wrapped with Thai rice is delicious.

Carbon roasted pork neck and pork neck are called “six liang of gold”. The fat is evenly distributed like snowflakes. It’s tender and smooth. It’s fragrant and delicious after charcoal burning. It’s delicious with this Thai sweet and spicy sauce.

Dongyingong soup is called Thailand’s national soup. It tastes sour and spicy. It’s appetizing. In fact, “winter Yin” means sour and spicy, “Kung Fu” means shrimp. We translated it as sour and spicy shrimp soup. I didn’t like the taste very much at the beginning. Slowly you will accept the taste and then like the taste.

In general, this Thai restaurant and dishes are quite close to the Thai flavor. However, the store has made some innovations. This winter Yin Kung soup is not as delicious as when I was in Thailand. Maybe the store should be attached to the taste of the local people in China. But it doesn’t affect, it’s highly praised and recommended, and I want to eat it again next time.
